I've been extremely infatuated with gold jewelry lately. I love silver but I need to switch it up a little every now and then. Gold looks great with certain colors such as browns, pinks, yellows and blues. If you have light, olive or dark skin, it can highlight your skin tone. It's even better when there are colorful stones embedded into the jewelry which make the pieces pop. Check out Urban Posh's pretty jewelry collection at Gilt. There's an assortment of rings, bangles, earrings and chains that would look great with a smart cocktail dress or even a casual pair of jeans and a t-shirt.

I've been on the prowl for a small, chain shoulder bag that's versatile yet elegant. Remarkably, The Outnet is having a flash sale on this beautiful Yves Saint Laurent Satin Shoulder bag. Isn't it perty? It retailed (It's possibly sold out) for $1295. Hopefully, it's a lot cheaper than that. This gray satin bag with a chunky gold-tone chain has an 8" handle drop and magnetic snaps on both sides for expansion (great concept). The dimensions are 5Hx7Wx3D. Don't miss out because quantities are very limited!

Ella Moss and Splendid are my go-to brands when it comes to comfort. They utilize cotton and jersey which are the best fabrics to use. Jersey is a wonderful fabric because it's very forgiving and extremely soft. I love Ella Moss and Splendid tees because they look awesome with jeans and they'e simply cozy. The Ella Moss collection is described as 'flowy femininity with the comfort level of a t-shirt' (100% true). The Splendid collection is 'clean, simple and effortless.' Amazingly, Splendid was founded by a lawyer who had no fashion experience but who searched and is still searching for the softest fabrics. That shows real dedication. Thank you Moise Emquise. Stop by Gilt to pick up some comfort in your life.
TUESDAY, 9.7
Kelsi Dagger shoes, named after the English literary showgirl/femme fatale, are fresh, young and hip. You will feel confident, independent and dangerously cool in these gladiator sandals, platform booties, ballet flats and jewel-encrusted heels. They have leather uppers and padded footbeds so they won't hurt your feet. Not bad, eh? Pop on over to Ideeli for a little danger.

What's hot this fall? Military-chic greens, olives and khakis with metallic accents. I could never get bored of this trend! I purchased my first fall piece a few months ago and have been dying to wear them out, the Free People military skinny cargo pants. They're strikingly similar to the J Brand Houlihan cargo pants but without the $230 price tag. If they aren't part of this sale, you should definitely check them out at Free People. Look like a badass in these fall pieces, only at Gilt.
